I don't know what to think...
I love Star Essence and I trust all of the essences, but I don't know if this one is having any affect on me... I really want it to! I'm going to keep taking it and see what happens.

Grounding
I feel that Ruby Red has helped me to open my first chakra more to make clearing work easier. I've been able to access more of the suppressed feelings.
