Fantastic build. 8 ohms nominal
The best 3 way speaker I have found. I have a set of the new Sony floor speakers matched with the STR-DH190 receiver which is a 6 ohm system. The SVS is rated 8 ohms nominal. Nobody really makes a 3 way 8 ohm speaker anymore. I can't tell because I had purchased one new Prime Tower and one open box. My amplifier overheated.. So I had to send the open box back to the factory. Excellent customer service. And the president to his precious time out to send me a message. Thank you very much.

Nice upgrade
I had got the Prime Bookshelf speakers to go with my home theater setup but I realized I was missing that oomph when listening to music, so I decided to return the Bookshelves(awesome customer service btw) and got the Prime Towers. That def made a difference, not only for music but watching movies also feels like an upgrade. Very glad I decided to do the switch.
