Peace of Mind!

Their Customer Service and Technical Staff is SO great! The evening after I installed my Level Sense Sentry, we got an alert and so did my son-in-law. We had found and corrected the leak in a matter of minutes!! This is a great product and gives me so much peace of mind now!! I ordered my Level Sense Sentry (mine has a Sump Pump Pit Float Sensor and a Floor Leak Sensor) because we'd recently come home from a vacation to find 5-6" of water in our basement. That led to 3 months of dealing with insurance claims, remediation companies, and contractors. All while our basement was torn up, and our lives were disrupted. Our insurance premiums will likely go much higher now because we filed a claim. If I'd known about this product before our flood it would have saved us thousands of dollars and NO disruption in our lives. I love that it will send me, or anyone else I put on the Notifications list a text, an email or BOTH. It's my choice who and how many others get the alerts. You won't be disappointed with THIS product!
