Fresh and delicious
The authurs of Six Seasons of Pasta lists Della Terra as a great American made pasta so I wanted to try it. This pasta is delicious. The flavor texture is wonderful and it is so fresh. It is a worthy vessel for my home canned sauces. I have also used this for casseroles and soups. The campanelle is amazing as the star of my chicken noodle soup. Thank you for all the labor and love that you put into your pasta.
