We are enjoying the Artic Char as well as all the other fish we buy from Sven Fish. The grandchildren love the mild sweet flavor and it holds up in a marinage.

I recently purchased Arctic Char for the first time and I found it to be a nice change. The fish had a milder taste than salmon but it was very good.
