Shipping was delayed twice. A bunch of wood was broken but I had already paid someone to assemble on a specific day so couldn’t wait for replacement pieces. For the price, i expected a better experience. It’s also missing two rails for the upper portion. I never leave bad reviews but for some families $1000+ is a big purchase.
