Tragopan Grouse V+ Blind/Kite

I put the blind up with stakes in the corners and additional lines to secure it. With nothing more than mild wind, it blew away. Never got to take any photos from it. Disappointed! I thought I was going to like it. But I didn’t buy it to be a kite.

A hide in plain sight

Amazing how comfortable birds & animals are once they’ve seen the blind for awhile. The only “negative” I found was initially the materials or coatings were off gassing so that I only wanted to be in the hide a few minutes. It was easy to remedy; I set it up with door and windows open and left it in the sun a couple hours. Be sure to stake it down or leave it where it won’t blow away into your neighbor’s yard. I love the way it pops up so easily, but take some time to get the hang of refolding it, not so easy the first try. I am very happy with this blind and it’s quality, thank you Tragopan. Experience with UPS as shipper was very unsatisfactory! Too many hidden charges.
