I will ALWAYS buy this jam...for myself and gifts. EVERYBODY LOVES IT. And I always throw in a few other jams/ jellies. The sangria is currently every bodies favorite

Yummy Zetz quesadilla modifications.

Made quesadillas using the included recipe, with several modifications: no cream cheese, used lactose free Swiss cheese instead. I sliced and sauteed a sweet potato with chopped kale and minced garlic and then mashed it all up until it was more like a spread, topping it with the cheese and Zetz. Yummy! The only problem was that I put too much of the spread into the tortillas. Next time I'll be more sparing with the filling so it isn't as messy.

This jam is the best in the universe. Pungent, sweet, tickling to the tongue…. Slather it on everything from peanut butter to cornbread. And don’t stop there!
