Horrible customer service

I have ordered from here a few hears ago and it was great. Now the prices are way higher and you have to pay even for a box it to come in. My tracking never updated, so I reached out and heard from no one. My package ended up getting delivered a week after its original delivery date which was upsetting since it was a present and after several emails still not a single response from anyone.

Overrated

Arrived later than needed, candy was not worth the upgrade and wasn't even presented nicely in the box, had to repackage to give to someone. Overrated for what it cost.

Longer shipping than in the past

I have sent several potato's in the past few years. This one seemed to take a little longer to ship then before. It also took several days to get from Texas to Colorado. Might be time to look into different shipping options. Once it arrived it was just as awesome as always.
