Cooks Pizza Better
Really makes a difference if you want your crust more crispy. Place a drip pan or something in the bottom of the oven in case your pizza creates oil.

Pizza crust is amazing, and hard to believe it's gluten free.
The pizza was great on the first try. Loved the way the crust bubbled up and was chewy and crispy at the same time. I would highly recommend getting the pizza screen because it allowed the bottom to cook through so it was nice and brown, not soggy at all. Will order again soon so we always have pizza ready to bake at a moment's notice.

Love the pizza screen
It's my first time using a pizza screen. I honestly have no idea how much the screen contributed to the dough being so delicious but it definitely made it easier to get the pizza in and out of the oven. I am going to continue to use it every time as I have a feeling it is part of the magic that makes etalia crust sooooo good!
