This radio has been a headache since purchase. Besides the horrible Bluetooth connection it has, one of the main problems is the audio cuts off when you turn it up past 36. Cuts audio off and the radio needs to be reset by turning it off then back on. It isn't my audio connections they are wired correctly. I triple checked them. And it didn't happen with my Kenwood radio I had in there before. And it was wired the same way. Very frustrating for a radio that's over 400 dollars
