I love going to sleep to the light body. It gets me nicely relaxed and have found that I even get 'answers' to questions I've asked, during my sleep. II also do this meditation in the mornings to help relax me before the day. I highly recommend this if your mind chatter is unable to switch off!

I highly recommend this company. The soundtracks enable both new and seasoned meditators to go deeper. Great service . Training and information very helpful.

Light Body doesn't affect me nearly as much as the free sample does. It remains my favorite and most played. The Om chanting is especially powerful. Is there another recording that is similar to the sample?
