Light Body

This is an awesome sound recording. I purchased it 8/5/2026. I have only used it twice so far. I listened to Light Body 30 and Light Body 40 which I experienced as being the same except for length -- 30 minutes verses 40 minutes. I have not listed to the 72 minute version mostly because of my time constraints. I'm looking forward to using it more.

I love going to sleep to the light body. It gets me nicely relaxed and have found that I even get 'answers' to questions I've asked, during my sleep. II also do this meditation in the mornings to help relax me before the day. I highly recommend this if your mind chatter is unable to switch off!

Such a beautiful soundscape, very easy to connect to peaceful states and visualisations when listening.
