We purchased the Mini Micro Deluxe Scooter for our 27 month old grand-daughter. She had the opportunity to try other children's scooters so when she first used her own, she took to it, like a duck to water. The Scoot N' Pull Strap is a must for the younger scooter users. When little Piper no longer wants to "scoot", she simply stands on her Deluxe Scooter and we can pull her back home. When we need to carry the scooter, it works wonderfully to allow you to carry it across your body, back or front....very comfortable and practical. If you have a younger scooter user, it is a must and it is relatively inexpensive.
