Still awaiting delivery 9 months later

Still waiting to receive the two puppets we ordered and paid for in February. We can understand some delays due to COVID, but there has been no communication except when we asked for an update. That was in April, when we were advised they would be shipped in May. Now it is December. If you are unable to deliver, can we please have a refund. Thank you.
