Havn’t began this one yet but have purchased the Ben Parkes 1/2 marathon training plan and Ben Parkes 5k training plan which have been usefull in helping me with my training.

Hi Ben. Plan is for my son Sem who will start his training in a few weeks. Is the second plan from your hand which I purchased for him as he ran a half marathon pb with the previous one. So he can’t wait starting with this one. All the best and greetings from us.

Great plan! Got me a sub 3 marathon
Excellent plan with an easy to follow structure (don't get me wrong, the sessions are tough) and nice tempo charts. Followed the sub 3:30 plan for a 3:24 marathon and then the sub 3 plan for a 2:59 yesterday in Hamburg. Great stuff 😁
