Stuck to this plan and smashed my PB!
This is the second marathon plan I’ve followed of Ben’s. I followed L2 first and it truly gave me the confidence to stretch my goals further for this training block, so I got L3. My overall goal was a sub 4 marathon, and I followed this plan nearly perfectly - substituting a few runs with swims and cycles, but consistency certainly beats perfection. I absolutely love the pace breakdowns and I just ran a 3:46 yesterday, my splits were so even through the run! Very grateful and will definitely use these programs again. Love Ben’s YT content and of course these plans. Thank you!

Great Plan
14-minute personal best after following Ben's training plan, improving to a 3:25 marathon. I purchased this plan at the beginning of the year to run Grandma's Marathon in Duluth, MN. It offered a great variety of runs and made the training very fun. Alongside the marathon best time, I was able to improve my kilometer, mile, and half-marathon times. Thanks Ben!

Crystal clear guidance
It’s now down to me to execute…. I’ve been searching for a marathon plan, ever since i decided to enter one after 56 years on earth! Whilst picking Athens as my first may not have been my best idea, this will give a simple, clear structure to my training.
