My daughter is over the moon with this partial piece. Customer service was so kind and helpful. Note that you must send the ashes to them in a special usps box that took me a month to receive. Best to order that ahead of time

This piece was for our granddaughter. She actually selected the piece for ashes of her Grandpa. She loves the ring and immediately put it on.
