KS7 | Performance Knee Sleeve

The OS1st KS7 Performance Knee Sleeve gives just the right amount of support without being too tight or restrictive. It stays in place and does not slip down. Washed really well without stretching out.

Ordered the medium as I was in the middle of that size range. Was sent a small. Had OS1st send medium for comparison. After two blocks, the top of the medium slipped down to the top of my knee. Changed to the small. It has stayed up, with requiring adjustment, for runs as long as 14 miles. It gives great support and is not binding. Sent back the medium. Guess it was a lucky break that OS1st sent the small to begin with. Great customer service throughout this mixup.
