For many years, I have been a "coffee snob," regularly buying my coffee from Stumptown, Blue Bottle, Press, Koffi, Henry's etc. To my taste buds, Scout coffee's Heirloom Blend is the champion of them all! (Their other blends - especially the Columbian - are also superb.)
If you like a "traditional," washed, full-flavored coffee, Scout's Heirloom Blend is worth every penny! I very highly recommend it!!
FYI, I prepare using a high-end, burr grinder and brew my coffee in a MoccaMaster. I also keep my equipment clean, all which helps bring out the coffee's best.
