This purchase got off to a poor start - comparing the pictured product to what was delivered, I thought there'd been a packaging error. But, a quick email to the seller, and some helpful advice to me, put everything back on track. The remote was correct, it was visually different, but it worked correctly by following the steps the seller sent to me. Perfect. A win-win, good relations with the seller, and a remote that functioned as it was advertised. And it was as good as the much more expensive authentic product. Win #3, my pocket.

I order the replacement remote but it doesn't work even though I follow the recommendation of your company. I admit your service is excellent in providing the recommendation however it's a pity it doesn't work. I wonder if I can get a refund?
