Problems occurring

I’ve had the adjustable bed since May of 2022. At first it worked great. The remote however stopped working less than a year of having it. Customer service help was great especially when they told me there was an app I could use to control the bed. Now I’m finding that the middle support legs keep coming loose and even slanting after the bed is adjusted. Overall I still love the bed, and the mattress is amazing. Just some things are finicky that shouldn’t. On a bed not even 2 years old.

Works well

The power base works well and is a nice addition to our bedroom. The only thing I would suggest is that they add a light feature to the remote so you can see the controls in the dark. It's a bit hard to adjust the settings when the room is dark, but so far we are loving it.
