A Fully Positive Experience
I recently bought a necklace and earrings as Christmas present. I have bought several other products from Lewis and Pine over the last couple of years. As always the sales process was congenial and easy due to the knowledgeable sales people.
In addition, I asked for a replacement clasp for the necklace. This was done efficiently and pleasantly by the owner. That type of customer service is why I go to local retailers and Lewis and Pine specifically. Well done...bill vitriol
