Christmas gift

I purchased this briefcase for my son. He found the company and I ordered it. Not only was the briefcase beautiful and more than we could have asked for but I told my sone this company was exceptional! I have never had such amazing customer service! The person I dealt with was Tim and he not only made my sons Christmas special but he made me feel as if my order was a priority and I was important even during the holidays when things are so hectic!
