Fantastic customer service, and response time.

The quality of the unit is decent, the only reason for 3 stars is because 1b normally matches my hair, but for some reason, this 1b is a lot lighter in color than my actual hair.. there’s a difference that you can see in certain types of light my barber didn’t have This 1b is more of a dark grey when put next to jetblack hair, i will have to order another, jet black unit or dye to a darker black. Other than that, no complaints
