Smartlink Strap

I love the actual bags from Briggs and Riley. But this strap definitely isn’t the best fit. I am a flight attendant, and have to assemble my bags several times throughout the day. I have to carry this strap with me on shuttles, as it comes off of the bag too easy to leave it on. It’s my second one, as someone stole it off my bag while it was in an overhead bin. Wish it was something that was harder to detach. . .

As a flight crew member, I really appreciate this being a part of my carry on bag as it allows more versatility in what I carry.

Pops off

The bag is great. The strap needs to be more secured, as it pops off too easily. I bought an extra strap because I was warned. I’d really prefer a J Hook strap as well. They are currently unavailable. I’d prefer that style over the clasp style that comes with it. I have “Lost” the original strap several times, finding it below piles of other bags on an airport hotel van. Because the strap slips out of the lock point too easily. Other than that, the bag is great. Best bag I’ve ever owned in 30 years of flying for an airline.
