Pops off
The bag is great. The strap needs to be more secured, as it pops off too easily. I bought an extra strap because I was warned. I’d really prefer a J Hook strap as well. They are currently unavailable. I’d prefer that style over the clasp style that comes with it. I have “Lost” the original strap several times, finding it below piles of other bags on an airport hotel van. Because the strap slips out of the lock point too easily. Other than that, the bag is great. Best bag I’ve ever owned in 30 years of flying for an airline.

Works great but will it last?
Im a crew member so I use and abuse my bags. I’m in the air about 170 hours per month. So that being said; I’m worried that the clip that holds the strap together will not last. I LOVE IT and if it just means eventually I buy a new one it’s worth it, but I feel like this should be a metal clasp. That’s all! Other than that it’s great!
