Great course.

I learned a lot from this course and will consult with it often. David has a warm and friendly approach to the material which makes listening to the material very easy. There are numerous download examples that you can load into your DAW and work along with David as he explains things. Really good. Like he says, when you get done with this course, you should feel pretty secure about compression and compressors and be able to navigate yourself comfortable with the ones that you encounter. Highly recommended.

You need to watch this if you want to learn compressors!

It's everything you need to know to understand Compression. I thought I had an understanding of how Compression worked, but this showed me I still had things to learn! Definitely worth the money. Billy

Master Class - Compression, Limiters and Gates

Just finished studying this course and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional education provided on Dynamic Processors. I now understand their importance and how to use them to create a great mix, particularly where drum and vocal tracks are concerned. The material and examples explaining serial compression and better utilization of noise gates was particularly helpful to me. There was much more in-depth and nuanced instruction in this course than I expected. What I've learned is now permanently in my toolbox. I would recommend it as required education for anyone.
