Premium Leather Briefcase Backpack

The product itself seems fine, but we haven’t been able to use it yet because the straps that were supposed to come with it are on backorder. The only indication of that was a note inside the box—no one communicated it beforehand. The communication from this company has been some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. My order didn’t move until I reached out to ask about it. I was then told it had already shipped but was returned. However, when it shipped again, I received a shipping notification. If it had truly shipped the first time, why wasn’t there a shipping email then? Throughout all of my email conversations about the order, no one ever mentioned that the straps wouldn’t be included. I only found out after opening the box. I’m now told they’ll arrive at the end of the month, which will be about 7 weeks or so after I originally placed the order. Hopefully the product performs well once I finally have everything needed to use it, but the ordering and communication experience has been absolutely terrible.
