Fantastic customer service
I bought 4 balls of pink Coboo for a teeshirt. When I got to my final ball, I realised that it was light pink. I contacted the office to organise a replacement - it was not in stock but the owner, who was away on holiday overseas, arranged an alternative supply and express post to the other side of the country. She then rang me from overseas to confirm that everything was OK. This was truly outstanding customer support and I'm now a Yarn me Calm fan for life. Thank you!!

Beautiful drape and colours
I really enjoyed using this yarn- the fabric has a gorgeous drape to it an the texture is so smooooooooooth. It is a little splitty, but no more so than any other bamboo/bamboo blend that I have ever used.
