Everytime I encounterErnest Wright's Antique Stork Scissors atThe Stitch Festival, I have been able to see the product and handle it, but theyhave never had any stock! I was absolutely thrilled to be able to buy them from Beyond Measure recently, and they didn't disappoint. The come in a draw box, so the presentation is fantastic for a gift, but it is incredibly useful for storage. They are a dream to use, and although I haven't used them much just yet, but they feel great to handle, and they did what i wanted them to do.

These scissors are 5 stars. I have wanted a pair of these for a long time and decided to treat myself. They are so lovely to look at and very sharp with a nice pointed blade end to get those tiny bits of thread. Also you are supporting 2 British businesses Beyond Measure and Ernest Wright. The customer service from Beyond Measure is excellent. I like that the difficult skill of scissor making is being kept alive and is being passed on to future generations. I can highly recommend these scissors, they are heirloom pieces to be cherished and handed down. They are a wonderful addition to my workbox.
