Great game but poor delivery (damaged items)

The books are of outstanding quality in look and feel as well as content! Sadly the Core Set was damaged in the first delivery as well as the replacement Core Set (EU delivery). The cardboard of the box is too thin and there was not nearly enough cushioning for a 3.5kg slipcase set. I'm still waiting for a reply what happens now.

Good looking game, Great Customer Service!!

Honestly, I haven’t had the chance to play it yet, but nonetheless I still want to praise the Customer Service (Thank You Alfonso) For their fantastic response time. I sadly live in an area where miss-deliveries and mail theft happen a bit, so when my package arrived obviously opened and re-taped with the starter set missing I assumed the worst. I wanted to clarify before put in the order for a replacement so I sent an email and within half an hour they let me that it would be arriving later in the month, and that peace of mind alone has me looking for to future purchases (I wish they’d bring back the character, theme, and status cards though:/ )

Amazing collection of books

The ultimate set is amazing, giving everything one would need to get started and then expand your stories and adventures in the City of Mist. The books and materials are very high quality with excellent production value and design. Likewise, the shopping experience was great. Buying was safe and secure, communication was amazing and shipping times were brilliant. Even when there was a small stock issue with one part of the order, I still got access to all the PDFs immediately and they split the shipping at no additional cost to me. The bulk came from a local hub, and the rest were shipping in internationally just so I got the product as soon as feasibly possible. I couldn't ask for more!
