Console is great and give me extra storage space. The cup holder is too small in diameter to fit even my smallest water bottle. The rubber tabs to close the lid are too short and I always fumble to grab the ends. I wonder if this tab design was tested over time for realistic usability as they are awkward and way too short to grasp comfortably.

The console is overall excellent for storing my helmet, lock and other odds and ends I carry with me when I ride. The only reason I would not rate it at 5 stars is because it makes it a little more difficult to get on the bike.

Decent storage, cup holder and phone holder not functional

The console is great for storage. It's a great size for a some essentials and even a helmet. I use it in addition to a front basket and feel like I can run pretty much any errand I want in it. However, the cupholder is too small to hold anything, including a can, and the phone holder is too narrow to hold a standard pixel phone. Could use an update to both to make them useful.
