Works great. I had an older version from about 2017 that my son broke by doing some extreme testing LOL. This one was different in design and so was not a direct drop-in, BUT it is definitely a better design, more robust, and functions better. It's quieter, too. The ability to adjust the height of the trigger component is an excellent touch.

These are amazing… our 2 separate barn doors use to bang and bounce! They are now quiet and soft closing after an easy install of the soft close product. Wish we had bought them 2 years ago!

Soft close took our outdoor porch door from great to greater. A welcome touch of luxury.
