Elbow support, compression and mobility are three different aspects I need. This sleeve is great for everyday, multi hour movent and compression control of inflamed bursa. I switch to a heavier sleeve for training, therapy, hard work and close quarters where I could bump my elbow.

Nice product. . sizing is difficult to figure . . I ordered same item in different sizes, was either too tight or partially too loose, but, if I'm patient and successful getting it fully pulled onto my arm, it is very effective providing support and is not bulky.

Really comfortable, available in XL. I am able to wear it all day at work. Will definitely get a couple more soon
