Yumm
I love using the freeze dried shallots in everything from soups to meatloaf and I frequently grind some to add to salad dressing. Super tasty and super convenient.

The packaging the Shallots came in was ingenious and perfect for storage. The Shallots themselves looked great and fresh.

Shallots are a staple in my kitchen
We love the shallots! We use them in omelets, mashed and oven roasted potatoes, and roast beef. They are delicious!
