This cookie is chewy and moist, with a slight tang coming from the cranberries. The white chocolate chips add a slightly sweet dimension to the flavour, but more importantly, it adds a good crunch to balance the cranberries.
Definitely a fun treat to bake with kids! This kit yields ~20x cookies and takes about 1.5 hours to complete.
