Buy this top
I wear it everyday for works as diver and surfing. Love it keep me crazy warm and never rashes. Trust me I’ve tried every wetsuit made and you can for sure find a top cheaper but not one like this one

Lightweight yet warm — the 2 mm Geoprene material is highly elastic and moves well, making it very comfortable in the water. Excellent for moderate surf conditions, offering good stretch and comfort.
