I’ll wear it every day in my second piercing.

I would rate 0 if I could. This package never arrived! I ordered this package a few weeks ago, and It was set to have arrived a week and a half ago. I reached out via email support to explain the situation and let them know it never arrived and once I had explained the situation, they completely stopped answering me. I understand if there is nothing they can do, but they could at least tell me that, and not just ignore me. The customer support has been a joke, and I’m bummed because I previously loved their jewelry, and this was an expensive order for me.
