Adhesive failed

While the phone holder itself is well designed and well made, the attachment to the dashboard failed. The adhesive stuck to my dash really well but separated from the mount under regular use. I reattached with the extra adhesive provided and had the same result, the adhesive doesn’t actually stick to the phone holder, which it came pre-applied to. Very disappointed, product unusable in my car.
