Red Feather

I ordered a heart called Red Feather. The piece received by recipient, was not even close to it. They refused to admit the mistake saying that coloring varies. An exact match was not expected. However, as pictured, it was not red feather. It was a memorial gift which i was going to ask them to return the heart. Horrible business.
