Defective issue

The mat itself overall looks lovely but there are areas where the fibres appear clumped together. I fear the clumps will come loose and leave a hole behind. I did reach out to customer service who have acknowledged my email but have not yet responded with a resolution. I have received 2 emails asking for a review though.
