Turmeric

My package was stolen due to deivery person placing package outside of the doors instead of inside the corridors. Not happy at all.

I haven’t taken it long even to give a complete thumbs up, but I do feel better.

Turmeric

I have been using turmeric (in conjunction with Alaya's Creatine), and it has helped with soreness after my morning swims and workouts. I love it and will continue to use both.
