I love Lichen and Lace!

I am so happy with the quality of the yarn I ordered. Colors are exactly as pictured online and delivery was very quick considering I'm in the US. Most of my find your fade shawl which is almost finished is made of L and L yarn :)

A joy to knit with, the single ply has a lovely soft sheen and glow. You might think that this yarn has some silk in it because of the beautiful sheen. Lovely lilac to amethyst colours shift subetley throughout the skein.

Canadian Surprise

On a recent trip to Vancouver, I walked by a knit shop called 3 bags full. They had a beautiful display of Lichen & Lace yarn. It took great restraint to not spend all the money left for the trip on this scrumptious yarn. There were thick wools in jewel tones & this lovely, ethereal Marsh Mohair in Amethyst. It was light as air, but soft & warm. My daughter begged me for a shawl made from it. Once I returned home, I ordered more from the company directly. The service was prompt & very pleasant. More of the yarns from Lichen & Lace will soon be in my queue!!
