Great calm down tool

Both my girls( 4 and 10) are really enjoying them. We do a few cards after school and kindy every day to resettle. It works really well for us.

Yoga flash cards are amazing for kids and adults alike! I love doing the poses with my 4 year old, it gives us time to slow down and connect. The cards and package are so smooth to touch and high quality. Absolutely love

Easy to follow, characters make it interesting for my two granddaughters, ages two and four! Relaxing time for us to spend together.
