While one sets of logs arrived broken, the second one was mostly intact. Just one small piece was broken. Customer service was excellent in terms of the first return. The logs look very real.

Looks like real flame, especially at night it is fantastic. I’d say it looks even better than the real fire.

The OptiMyst Pro 1000 was the perfect solution for our condo installation. The ease of integration in our wall for a two-sided fireplace design worked great. Our fiends can’t believe that this is an electric fireplace! Far more realistic than repetitive projection systems. Electric Fireplaces Plus and Dimplex support has be outstanding.
