Great Mat

Mat is reasonably thick and is the perfect size for my space. It also rolls up into a fairly compact size and has a great case. This is important for me as I need to put it down only when I work out and then roll it back up and put it out of the way. (I live in a very small studio.) Seems as it will last for years. Very quick shipping.

Great mat, it's very secure with no slipping at all. Also love how easy it makes to place my feet consistently for the TRX exercises and to record progress from workout to workout. Well worth the $$
