I have been using the mat for months and love it so tried the small strap for spot treatment. Works great. For the large mat I use that nightly. My daughter-in-law borrowed it after being in a car accident and she could not believe how much it helped. She slept all night without having to take muscle relaxers. She layed on it for 20 minutes at night and said it was amazing. I agree just love the products.

Handy Item

I already own bed of nails mat & neck pillow have had it for a very long time, and use them often. When I saw the strap I just had to buy it much easier to carry about and can be used in so many different ways. Great for lower back, stomach, thighs, arm’s, calf muscles, neck etc. Love the B.o.N Strap use it every other day
