Ridiculously absorbent
I couldn't believe how quickly this dried up a soggy fly. Absolute necessity to have for the dry fly days in the mountains. Keep somewhere inside pack to avoid it getting rained on.

Amadou patch
I was excited to hear that Loon carries an amadou patch. I had one several years ago and used it until it expired.
What I like in particular about the Loon Amadou patch, is that it's two pieces rather than a fold. Simply genius improvement and well designed. Kudos!!!

Amadou Patch
Such a handy, simple tool. I keep it attached to my rouge zinger for easy access for quick drying of dry flies before reapplication of floatant.
