Not to satisfy with my saddle chair. The actual sitting does not have enough cushion. Also I would like to know if the arm rest comes in right and left hand? Please advise.

Part broken

I sent an email today to let you know that a part was broken . The part is the handle/knob for the tilt lever. Asked for replaced part. Then I think the chair will be fine. Right now it doesn't tilt
