Arrow Mini Boots

I chose to purchase from your company because I have always trusted the quality that Australian-made products represent. I believed your brand would take pride in both its products and the experience it provides to customers. Unfortunately, when I received my boots, I was extremely disappointed. The boots arrived with almost no protective packaging. They were simply placed inside a soft mailing bag, with only a small piece of paper stuffed into the toe area to help maintain their shape. Because of the inadequate packaging, the boots were badly crushed during transit. The shape has been noticeably damaged and, even after trying them on, they do not return to their original form. What was even more disappointing was discovering visible dirt on the boots as soon as I opened the package. As a customer, I have no way of knowing whether these boots had previously been returned by another customer or whether they left the factory in this condition. Either way, this is not the condition anyone should expect when purchasing a brand-new pair of boots. For comparison, I have attached photos of another pair of UGG boots that I purchased from Myer. They arrived in sturdy, well-designed packaging, and every detail gave me confidence that the product had been carefully protected and treated with respect before reaching the customer. The difference between the two experiences is significant. Receiving my order in this condition has unfortunately made me question whether these boots were truly brand new. I chose to buy from your brand because of the trust I had in your quality, and this experience has been genuinely disappointing. I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously and provide a fair and reasonable solution. I look forward to your prompt response. Thank you.
