8-Week Summer Challenge, Loved it!
This challenge was everything I hoped for and more! I came looking to change my current exercise routine. I was active but feeling like I hit a slump. When I read about the summer challenge, I was excited to sign up to try something different and receive the added bonus of learning how to make my diet work for me too. I also heard about counting macros and the good it does for your body and was eager to learn from Bree about it. The exercises themselves were intense and exactly what I needed. Loved the format of the exercises on the app and the ability to log what I was eating. I just really appreciate Bree's outlook on health, wellness, and not just in exercise but diet, sleep, meditation, everything. So getting to do this challenge was a great and positive change to my life and looking forward to learn and do more with Bree!

Love it!
I was nervous to start this program. I have tried other fitness challenges, and I have seen results in my body, but I didn’t feel changed as a person. I was just in a smaller body with my same struggling brain just trying to be disciplined and slipping back into old patterns when things got hard. This program was so different! I received a full week of education on what to expect and why this works and what I could get out of it if I put everything into it. The workouts were challenging, but instead of feeling doubt, I felt determined and knew I could rise to the challenge. I tried new recipes and tracked everything in advance to avoid decision fatigue. I completed mindfulness challenges that were designed thoughtfully to help me break destructive patterns, create contingency plans for when challenges arise and I can’t complete everything perfectly, and recognize how powerful and in control of my thoughts I can be by reframing with positivity and gratitude. I super appreciated the opportunity to grow into a more mindful, resilient version of myself. I feel so proud of myself for giving it my all, and I am shocked with how much I have changed in just 60 days. I know my kids could see me working hard, getting sweaty, and showing up every day. I hope they remember we can do hard things!

8 week challenge
This is the best program I’ve done! Not only does it help with your fitness and nutrition goals, it taps into the mental side of things which has been life changing! I’m grateful for the guidance the BBB has provided and the uplifting and supportive group of people within this program. I’m so looking forward to continuing with the BBB program!
